These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of the Kelas Maya by Aceture Network (SSM Reg No: 201903195965) website (the "Website") and the services provided by Kelas Maya ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Services Description
1.1. Kelas Maya provides an eLearning platform for students to learn science education and prepare for boarding school. Our services include access to a Learning Management System and a Learning Bot.
User Account Creation
2.1. Users can create an account by providing the required details and completing the payment process. Once payment is confirmed, users will have access to the courses.
Restrictions and Limitations
3.1. Users must comply with the following restrictions and limitations:
- Each account is for individual use only, and sharing with others is strictly prohibited.
- Courses have specific due dates based on the last days of school for the corresponding year.
- Any abuse or violation of the account may result in termination without refund.
Paid Services and Refunds
4.1. Kelas Maya offers paid courses with a one-time payment. There are no subscription-based services.
4.2. Refunds are not available, and all payments made are non-refundable.
User-Generated Content
5.1. Users may have the ability to post comments or engage in other user-generated content features on the Website.
5.2. By submitting user-generated content, users grant Kelas Maya the right to use and display the content for marketing purposes, such as showcasing student assignments.
Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. All intellectual property rights associated with our services and website content are owned by Kelas Maya or its licensors.
6.2. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, but users grant Kelas Maya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for marketing and case studies purposes.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
7.1. Kelas Maya strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee the Website's availability and will not be responsible for any technical issues beyond our control.
7.2. Kelas Maya shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from technical issues or user-related technical problems.
User Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. User privacy and data protection are important to us. We handle user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which users must agree to.
Termination
9.1. Kelas Maya reserves the right to terminate user accounts or services at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of violation of this Agreement.
Governing Law
10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Other Concerns
11.1. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
11.2. We may use the collected data for academic research purposes, including publication in conferences, academic journals, or other academic programs. However, all data will be anonymized and aggregated to ensure individual user identification is not disclosed.
